Abstract

Introduction: This study was designed and implemented to design and implement an imaging training website and evaluate the level of satisfaction of specialized clinical assistants.

Methods: This research used a hybrid approach that includes the development process and cross-sectional evaluation of the website's usability and user satisfaction. The study described the developmental stages of creating interactive modules, content organization, and mobile optimization. The learning results and user feedback were measured through a self-assessment questionnaire and the data were quantitatively analyzed.

Results: A total of 10 educational topics and 65 educational materials were uploaded on the website, among which there are at least 4 educational patients and two educational modules. The number of visits was 48,662 at the end of the first year and 97,488 at the end of the second year. In a survey involving five professors from the radiology department, the appropriateness of content and sources received favorable scores. When assessing the satisfaction of assistants, a predominant trend emerged, indicating a notably high level of contentment across various factors in numerous instances.

Conclusion: Creating the website included strategic content planning, interactive design, and optimization for different devices. User feedback shows its educational value and usability. Continuous updates, extensive content presentations, and features to increase user engagement are recommended for using this website. Similar research on other specialized courses will add to the development of knowledge in this field.
